Help us grow - partner with us

Marshall County Community Gardens (MCCG) is looking for partners to help create a network of well landscaped vegetable gardens within Marshall County where everyone can have access to fresh vegetables and fruit for free or for distribution at their discretion.

We are hoping that churches, social groups, businesses, and other community members will consider partnering with MCCG in these ways:

Volunteer at one of the gardens. On Saturdays (see schedule), a guide will be available to greet you and show you what tasks are needed and what vegetables and fruit are ready to be picked.

Donate hand trowels, shovels, rakes, hoes, wheelbarrows, and other items for working in the garden beds and/or fencing  material, galvanized raised beds, sharing tables, decorative items for the children's play space, etc.

Start up your own Community Garden at churches, schools, businesses, or other locations where MCGG will assist in getting it going and you will provide the volunteers and means to maintain it.

Send Monetary Gifts to the gardens through our fiduciary partner, Marshall County Council on Aging.

Hang out with us at the garden. We appreciate any time and resources you can spare, even a brief visit to the garden or the sharing of your expertise uplifts our spirits and helps us grow!
